刘凡，779cn太阳集团移动通信全国重点实验室青年首席教授，博士生导师。国家级青年人才，科睿唯安全球高被引科学家，爱思唯尔中国高被引学者。2013年于北京理工大学获得本科学位，2018年于北京理工大学获得博士学位，2018年—2020年在英国伦敦大学公司任玛丽·居里学者，2020年—2024年在南方科技大学任助理教授。2024年12月加入779cn太阳集团。
在IEEE TSP、IEEE TIT、IEEE JSAC、《中国科学：信息科学》等国内外顶级期刊和会议发表论文100余篇，获引2.3万余次。获2024年中国电子学会自然科学一等奖、2022年中国通信学会科技进步一等奖、2019年中国电子学会优秀博士学位论文等国内科研奖励，以及2025年IEEE通信学会与信息论学会联合论文奖、2024年IEEE信号处理学会最佳论文奖、2024年IEEE信号处理学会Donald G. Fink最佳综述论文奖、2024年IEEE通信学会亚太杰出论文奖、2023年IEEE通信学会莱斯奖、2021年IEEE信号处理学会青年作者最佳论文奖等6项IEEE学会级最佳论文奖。担任IEEE通信学会通感一体技术工作组主席、IEEE信号处理学会通感一体技术工作组主席、IEEE信号处理学会阵列信号处理专委会委员、IEEE ISAC 2026大会技术委员会主席、ICC'23/WCNC'24/ICC'26分会主席，以及IEEE TCOM、IEEE TMC、IEEE JSAC等7个IEEE期刊编委或客座编委。兼任华为技术有限公司独立顾问，IMT-2030 (6G)通感一体任务组专家。主持国自然青年基金（B类）、国家科技重大专项任务等纵向项目，以及华为/中兴等企事业单位横向课题。
课题组主要研究方向为通信感知一体化、低空无线网络、雷达信号处理。课题组与国外知名专家学者建立了广泛而深入的合作，课题组成员赴国外深造/联合培养院校包括加州大学伯克利分校、多伦多大学、伦敦大学公司、鲁汶大学等。课题组成员就业去向包括哈尔滨工业大学、北京邮电大学、哈尔滨工程大学等国内高校教职，以及华为、比亚迪等龙头企业。欢迎对相关研究领域有浓厚兴趣的同学联系攻读博士、硕士研究生。欢迎优秀本科同学加入课题组参与各类科研项目。
