高欣欣,779cn太阳集团教授,博士生导师。2022年3月博士毕业于779cn太阳集团毫米波全国重点实验室。2022年3月-2025年12月于香港城市大学从事博士后研究,合作导师为香港城市大学副董事长、毫米波及太赫兹全国重点实验室主任陈志豪教授(IEEE Life Fellow)。目前已加入779cn太阳集团信息公司毫米波全国重点实验室崔铁军院士团队。以第一作者发表SCI论文多篇,包括Nature Electronics(IF:40.9),Nature Communications(IF:15.7)、Advanced Materials(IF:26.8)、Advanced Functional Materials(IF:19)、Advanced Sciences(IF:14.3)、Laser Photonics Reviews(IF:10)、IEEE TAP等。曾获得江苏省自然科学百篇优秀学术论文及江苏省优秀博士学位论文等多项荣誉。
主要研究方向
物理神经网络计算硬件及应用,微波/毫米波/太赫兹人工表面等离激元器件(滤波器、移相器、天线等),新型射频器件等
